Currently we are only contracted with Medicare for medical evaluations and interventional pain injections. We are not in network with any other insurance companies or any Medicare Replacement Plans. IV vitamin infusions, vitamin injections, our weight loss program, and PRP therapy are not covered services by Medicare. We can provide you with a copy of your service bill. You can file with your medical insurance company for possible reimbursement. We may ask you to sign a waiver acknowledging this statement. All payments are due at the time of service.
