IV vitamin infusions, vitamin injections, our weight loss program, and PRP therapy are not covered services by Medicare. We can provide you with a copy of your service bill. You can file with your medical insurance company for possible reimbursement. We may ask you to sign a waiver acknowledging this statement. All payments are due at the time of service.
Every patient at Medical Wellness & Health in Oklahoma City begins with the same starting point: a comprehensive $135 new-patient medical wellness evaluation with Dr. George S. Alhaj, M.D. This introductory visit is designed to give you a clear, physician-authored plan — whether your goal is medically supervised semaglutide weight loss, chronic pain relief, regenerative injections, IV therapy, or simply feeling well again.
The evaluation includes a full doctor visit, imaging review (x-ray and MRI), a diet, activity and sleep review, and written recommendations you can take home. It's the fastest, most affordable way to get answers from a board-certified physician in south OKC.
We want cost to never be a barrier to seeing a real physician. $135 covers the full evaluation — doctor time, imaging review, and the personalized plan — so patients can make an informed decision about their next step without any pressure.
It's the total cost of the introductory evaluation. Any follow-up treatment (e.g., semaglutide, PRP, injections) is quoted separately.
The $135 evaluation is a self-pay flat rate. Some follow-up services may be billable — call (405) 378-0600 to review.
